Infrastructure Operations Analyst (Network Strategy)

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Salary: €36,000–€50,000 annual salary for Portugal-based hires

What you will do

• Manage workflow and support implementation of network strategy for bandwidth services and network partners.
• Create and maintain operational trackers, assign resources to deployment and build projects, and track project completion.
• Review invoices in Coupa and reconcile them with tracking data.
• Monitor legal contract processing and support timely execution.
• Process purchase requisitions and orders, onboard partners, and maintain contact information.
• Help develop always-on workflows and continuous forecasting capabilities.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to distinguish clean from messy data and organize operational information.
• Experience working with multiple vendor interface systems and learning new systems quickly.
• Practical, solution-oriented approach to resolving operational problems.
• Experience with Coupa, Ironclad, JIRA, and Google Spreadsheets.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Lisbon, Portugal setup.
