AI Tooling & Governance Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Establish and operate AI FinOps practices, tracking AI usage and spend, allocating costs, and improving financial transparency.
• Connect AI spending to business value and support strategic investment decisions.
• Gather and consolidate information about AI technologies, usage, costs, and related business decisions.
• Own AI-related tools, platforms, and services, including licensing, budgets, vendor relationships, and roadmaps.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, vendors, pricing models, and licensing approaches.
• Define AI tool and model selection guidelines and support implementation, integration, governance, security, architecture, and compliance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, AI agents, Copilot technologies, RAG, or similar solutions.
• Understanding of FinOps principles and AI cost drivers, including token-based pricing, licensing, and cloud consumption.
• Technical background in cloud platforms, enterprise applications, infrastructure, software engineering, or a related field.
• Experience owning tools or services from a business perspective, including licensing, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, technology evaluation, and business translation skills.
• Confident English communication is required for working in an international environment.
