Photographer (Still Life & QC)

Location: Leicester, United Kingdom; work may also take place across hirify.global studios, external studios, and on location.

hirify.global operates a retail and fashion business with an in-house photography studio producing commercial imagery for its customers and brands.

What you will do

• Produce high-quality still-life photography that follows the studio's creative direction and brand principles.
• Collaborate with product teams, studio management, photographers, the Senior Photographer, and the Creative Lead.
• Use AI image generation, prompting, and node-based workflows to create photorealistic imagery.
• Research fashion, lifestyle, street-style, social, and competitor trends to inform visual concepts.
• Work across studio and on-location shoots while communicating goals and managing changing project requirements.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of photography, retouching, and lighting techniques.
• Strong proficiency with Photoshop, Capture One, and Mac operating systems.
• Commercial understanding of retail fashion, lifestyle trends, and competitor activity.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to take direction and train others.
• Full UK driving licence required to support travel to shoot locations.
• Portfolio or website demonstrating relevant e-commerce and editorial photography experience in a large creative studio environment.

Nice to have

• Graphic design skills.
• AI prompting experience.
