About the Role
You will own the full agent development life cycle, from initial scoping and conversation design through tooling, evaluation, launch, and ongoing production iteration. You will advise enterprise leaders, run customer working sessions, resolve issues, and translate customer needs into product feedback.
Requirements
- Customer-facing experience and relationship-building skills
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Strategic problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to read API documentation and understand data models and system architecture
- Experience managing multiple complex, high-visibility projects
- Cantonese language proficiency
