What you will do
- Lead the Joule Work Platform Services team building scalable, secure, enterprise-grade AI platform services.
- Define the platform vision, product plans, architecture, and delivery timelines.
- Design and deliver agentic AI services, LLM-integrated capabilities, RAG architectures, and evaluation frameworks.
- Guide the full software development lifecycle, including implementation, testing, deployment, production support, and incident handling.
- Provide technical direction for highly available AI/ML services and represent the team with stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- Manage staffing, mentoring, training, hiring, internships, budgets, and team development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software product development experience focused on AI/ML systems and platform engineering.
- Experience delivering SaaS products with microservice architecture and using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Proficiency in Python and/or Java, with solid understanding of DevOps and MLOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation, and observability pipelines.
- Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen and RAG architectures.
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
