Senior Manager, Information Security (PKI/HSM)

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite at the ISD Office - DGTC AR Bentonville Home Office.

Salary: $110,000–$220,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional strategic technology initiatives that enhance information security across global markets.
• Establish security governance, risk management, compliance, policies, and control best practices.
• Conduct cyber risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, recommend mitigations, and monitor control effectiveness.
• Oversee security audits and adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align security protocols with business objectives and evolving threats.
• Mentor team members and support continuous improvement and accountability.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in information security management and strategy development.
• Expertise in cybersecurity, including risk assessment, threat identification, and mitigation techniques.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, policies, and compliance standards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with Public Key Infrastructure and Hardware Security Module technologies.
• Experience conducting security audits and implementing controls to address vulnerabilities.
• Strategic ability to develop and execute security initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Either a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related area plus 5 years of information security or related experience at a technology, retail, or data-driven company; or 7 years of such experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Nice to have

• Security+, GISF, CISM, or CISA certification.
• Master's degree in a relevant field and 3 years of experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, digital accessibility, and accessibility best practices.
