What you will do

• Enhance alpha generation and strategy research infrastructure for options market making.
• Analyze tens of petabytes of tick-level market data, strategy decisions, fundamentals, and related datasets.
• Investigate market dynamics and identify new trading signals.
• Iterate with quantitative researchers and traders to refine strategies.
• Implement strategy ideas in production through rapid development cycles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience developing high-performance, high-throughput systems.
• Expertise in C# or Java.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservice architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience working with highly performance-sensitive code.
• Prior team leadership or architecture ownership experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working with C++.
• Master’s or PhD degree.
