Senior Payroll Analyst (Maternity Cover)

What you will do

• Complete and analyze EMEA payroll, benefits, and tax procedures.
• Process new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations accurately, on time, and in compliance with best practices.
• Coordinate payroll data with local service providers and regional staff.
• Record commission, bonus, and additional statutory payments accurately and on time.
• Support year-end processing and the distribution of tax statements for each country.
• Recommend and participate in projects that improve payroll processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a similar payroll role.
• Expertise in EMEA payroll, benefits, and tax procedures.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English and Portuguese required.
• A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or administration is a plus.
