Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS/Azure)

What you will do

• Build and maintain a resilient, secure, and efficient SaaS application platform that meets established SLAs.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, infrastructure management, and incident response across AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Operate production Kubernetes platforms, including EKS and AKS, and troubleshoot performance and stability issues.
• Scale infrastructure while improving reliability, capacity planning, cost management, and security compliance.
• Partner with engineering, product, and services teams to bring new features and services into production.
• Develop reusable infrastructure patterns, runbooks, documentation, guardrails, and tenant lifecycle workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in 24x7 production operations, preferably in highly available SaaS or cloud environments.
• 5+ years of experience with public cloud infrastructure, with meaningful depth in AWS and/or Azure.
• Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production; EKS, AKS, or equivalent managed Kubernetes is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Terraform, CI/CD and release automation tools such as Jenkins, Argo CD, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Linux administration, cloud automation using Python or Bash, and strong system and networking troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another technical discipline, or equivalent experience; willingness to participate in a follow-the-sun on-call rotation is required.

Nice to have

• Experience across both AWS and Azure, PowerShell, Java/JVM services, Kafka, Elasticsearch, or .NET workloads.
• Experience with SLAs, structured platform intake, or internal-customer service enablement.
• AWS or Azure certifications.
