Content Producer, Videographer, and Editor (Video Production)

Location: Remote within the United States; employees may live in any of the 50 states, with limited exceptions. Variable travel is required for shoots and retreats.

Salary: $89,200–$142,600 or $93,900–$150,100 annually, depending on location. The role may also include equity awards.

What you will do

• Produce video content from concept through final delivery across educational, SEO, product launch, campaign, social, and brand formats.
• Handle cinematography, lighting, production audio, multi-camera and multi-microphone shoots in controlled and uncontrolled locations.
• Edit, mix, color-correct, finish, and version content for YouTube, social media, landing pages, newsletters, blogs, and other channels.
• Create motion graphics and animate product interfaces using After Effects and Figma design systems.
• Plan shoots, including creative direction, shot lists, storyboards, scouting, scheduling, talent, locations, and budgets.
• Manage camera, lighting, and audio equipment, external vendors, crews, and remote cloud-based workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience across video production, cinematography, editing, and motion graphics, with a reel featuring personally shot work.
• Ability to independently scout, light, record audio, operate equipment, and wrap productions while maintaining quality.
• Strong camera and technical content creation expertise, with a clear visual point of view.
• Advanced editing and storytelling skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with remote production and cloud-based post-production workflows, such as LucidLink and Frame.io.
• Must be based in the United States; variable travel for shoots and retreats is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, UI product animation, and Figma design files.
• Photography or drone experience.
• Bachelor's degree in film, communications, design, or a related field.
• Interest in AI and emerging creative tools.
