Head of Production & Run – eRetail & Retail

Location: Paris, France; permanent position with three days per week at the client's office and remote/hybrid work options

What you will do

• Establish and lead a shared Retail & eRetail Production Control Tower for 46 applications across stores, e-commerce, payments and back-office systems.
• Lead major incident resolution, prioritise escalations and implement corrective actions that prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate releases, go/no-go decisions, deployment plans, rollback plans and operational readiness for critical launches and peak periods.
• Align regional stakeholders, product squads, service providers, maintenance partners and service desk teams across five global zones.
• Introduce AI-driven monitoring, automate repetitive operational tasks and drive ITIL-based continuous improvement.
• Track KPIs and SLAs while managing service quality, vendor performance, contracts and budgets.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in IT production and operations, including at least 5 years leading multiple teams.
• Experience managing business-critical retail and e-commerce platforms in a global environment.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and tools such as ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with POS solutions and e-commerce platforms; Oracle Xstore and Salesforce Commerce Cloud are preferred.
• Experience managing service providers, contracts and SLA commitments, with strong leadership, crisis management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent English required; French strongly preferred.

• Luxury or fashion industry experience.

• PMP certification and ITIL certification.
