AEM Architect / Lead Developer (all genders) (AEM)

Location: Paris, France; permanent position with remote and hybrid work options depending on the country. Client visits are required, most often in Paris/France and sometimes in Geneva.

What you will do

• Create and maintain high-performance web applications and digital asset management solutions on Adobe Experience Manager in a cloud environment.
• Work with design and content teams to develop attractive and functional user interfaces.
• Develop new features and configure AEM modules.
• Build integrations with third-party applications using REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Maintain AEM as a Cloud Service, fix bugs, and ensure application stability.
• Perform unit, integration, and UI testing and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Upper-intermediate English is required.
• Ability to perform the responsibilities of the role and collaborate with design, content, and technical stakeholders.
• Availability to visit clients, primarily in Paris/France and occasionally in Geneva.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cloud computing and SaaS principles.
• DevOps practices and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git.
• Frontend development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience with AEM, Java/JEE, Adobe Commerce, or Workfront.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in French and English, an analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.
