Clinical Services Manager (Medical Devices)

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii; must reside within the assigned geographic territory. Field-based work includes healthcare provider offices, clinics, a home office, and a car, with regular travel by car and occasional overnight or air travel.

Annual base salary: $90,000 for U.S.-based positions. Eligible for incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Build clinical partnerships with endocrinologists, primary care providers, diabetes teams, hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
• Deliver personalized patient training on the use, care, and troubleshooting of hirify.global products.
• Align patient education with clinical treatment plans and provide ongoing follow-up support.
• Evaluate and oversee Certified Pod Trainers, providing product updates and clinical guidance.
• Use training data and Salesforce to track metrics, inform education strategies, and manage administrative operations.
• Collaborate with territory partners on sales strategies and promote insulin pump therapy through clinical expertise.

Requirements

• Associate degree and at least 2 years of related clinical experience.
• Current clinical credentials or certifications such as CDCES, RD, RN, PharmD, or equivalent credentials, with state licensure where required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication, influencing, collaboration, clinical education, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with data systems, personal devices, insulin pumps, and continuous glucose monitors.
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 30 lbs. of professional samples and literature.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience training in a clinical setting or managing insulin pump patients.
• Commercial experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
