Global Ethics & Anti-Corruption Compliance Officer (F/M)

Location: Hybrid in Brussels, Belgium or Warsaw, Poland

What you will do

• Act as a point of contact for anti-corruption, contract review, business partner screening, gifts and invitations, conflicts of interest, and compliance reporting.
• Execute third-party and business relationship due diligence and contribute to global risk mapping, local rollouts, and action tracking.
• Develop and implement compliance processes, guidelines, policies, training communications, and awareness initiatives.
• Monitor, test, evaluate, and improve internal controls related to corruption prevention, internal fraud, and the broader compliance program.
• Analyze and follow up on whistleblowing alerts, monitor regulatory developments, and coordinate responses with legal and business stakeholders.
• Track audit recommendations, support Corporate Social Responsibility Directive reporting, and contribute to new compliance tools and applications.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law or Business Administration with compliance-specific training, or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in a similar compliance function.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and standards, including Human Rights, SAPIN II, UK Bribery Act, UK Modern Slavery Act, ISO 37001, ISO 19600, EBA guidelines, and outsourcing.
• Ability to present compliance assessments to senior management and work with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Excellent professional written and spoken English and French are required.
• Strong ownership, autonomy, adaptability, diplomacy, organization, communication, and presentation skills; good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
