Technical Account Manager Internship (Fintech)

Location: Based in Italy; Job City: Milan. Internship starts in November and lasts at least 6 months.

Reimbursement: €800 plus a restaurant ticket.

What you will do

• Support client consultancy, relationship management, and customer interactions.
• Assist with client communications, training sessions, product demonstrations, and explanations of technology services.
• Coordinate with internal divisions and external stakeholders to support customer satisfaction and complete assigned work.
• Participate in projects and help ensure activities are controlled, delivered on time, and completed to a high standard.
• Help prepare clients for new services and changes to existing services.
• Support the analysis and implementation of new customer and business requirements.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Interest in information technology and the financial sector.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong organisational, analytical, communication, teamwork, and customer-orientation skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Proactive, creative, motivated, and results-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI.
