What you will do

• Lead and develop the Enterprise Project Management team supporting digital product development.
• Manage programs across the Owner’s Experience portfolio, including cat.com, eCommerce, dealer websites, and related digital services.
• Own the Scrum@Scale, Agile, and Waterfall frameworks used within Digital Product Management.
• Ensure product development deliverables meet roadmap commitments and quality standards.
• Define program management processes and communication practices for cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee program reviews, reporting, monitoring, risk management, and change control.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in program management, including planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling related projects.
• Leadership experience with coaching, mentoring, and motivating teams.
• Experience leading digital product management programs with enterprise-level results.
• Experience managing cross-enterprise digital product development programs.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to articulate strategic vision.
• Ability to analyze decisions, evaluate risks, create contingency plans, and manage organizational change.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Trainer certification.
• Agile Project Management and Scrum@Scale certification or experience.
• Track record of building relationships and fostering positive teamwork environments.
