Senior Analyst Talent Acquisition

Location: Hybrid role based in Seattle, WA; Portland, OR; Phoenix, AZ; or Chicago, IL. Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Salary: $80,553–$90,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and understand business priorities, talent needs, and long-term hiring plans.
• Advise hiring teams using market intelligence, recruiting data, and candidate feedback.
• Source, interview, assess, and present qualified candidates for open and high-profile roles.
• Manage the full recruitment process and deliver a strong candidate and hiring-manager experience.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition, from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated success partnering with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Experience sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to use data and market insights in hiring decisions.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
