CNC Programmer (Manufacturing Engineering)

What you will do

• Coordinate with design engineering on new product releases and review drawings for producibility and manufacturing readiness.
• Perform labor, operational, and methods analyses to establish time standards, optimize workflows, plan equipment, and improve productivity.
• Evaluate engineering changes and specification updates while coordinating with program management, finance, design, quality, procurement, inspection, and production.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing process flows, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Support cost estimation, tooling recommendations, process requirements, manufacturing records, and operational reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4–6+ years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience with increasing technical responsibility.
• Experience with new product introduction, producibility reviews, and cross-functional design coordination.
• Working knowledge of labor time standards, workflow analysis, and manufacturing cost drivers.
• Ability to create process flow documentation, work instructions, and standard manufacturing procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
