What you will do

• Support the intake, documentation, qualification, categorization, and prioritization of digitalization demands and business requirements.
• Maintain and continuously improve the demand backlog and project pipeline.
• Support stakeholder communication, follow-up activities, and demand management governance.
• Prepare management presentations, reports, decision materials, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Support AI-based demand classification and prioritization, and research digitalization, data, business intelligence, and AI topics.
• Prepare, moderate, and document workshops while maintaining demand management processes, templates, and standards.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, business informatics, information systems, data science, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital transformation, process management, and data-driven decision-making.
• Analytical, structured, and independent working approach.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
• Very good English is required; German is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Initial experience with Power BI, data analytics, automation, or AI tools.
• German language skills.
