Business Capabilities Manager (Commercial Strategy): Identifying high-value business problems, framing financially viable solutions, and creating operational Playbooks for adoption across Germany with an accent on unit economics, ROI analysis, and cross-functional execution. Focus on translating validated solutions into repeatable capabilities, coordinating commercial, operational, data, and technology teams, and measuring bottom-line impact.
Location: Hybrid work in Berlin-Kreuzberg, Germany, with three days per week in the office and two days working from home

What you will do
- Identify high-value business problems, investigate root causes, estimate financial opportunities, and prioritize initiatives.
- Define target cohorts, financial parameters, and business constraints for commercial experimentation.
- Create clear, practical operational Playbooks with step-by-step guidance and measurable targets.
- Drive adoption across regional and market operations teams, coaching teams and tracking implementation.
- Coordinate commercial, operational, experimentation, AI and Data, and technology stakeholders without relying on line authority.
- Measure adoption and commercial impact while maintaining feedback loops for continuous Playbook improvement.
Requirements
- Background in commercial strategy, business models, unit economics, growth drivers, and profit levers.
- Strong structured problem-solving and opportunity valuation skills, including ROI analysis and commercial trade-offs.
- Experience translating complex operational processes into concise, adoption-ready documentation.
- Proven cross-functional orchestration, stakeholder management, and influencing without formal authority.
- Experience driving change, rolling out processes, and measuring practical market impact across decentralized teams.
- Proactive, ownership-oriented approach with comfort navigating ambiguity and challenging the status quo.
