What you will do
- Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects in a quality laboratory environment.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, scope, and quality assurance processes.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and drive continuous improvement and adoption of project management best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare project status reports and manage vendors supporting IT quality laboratory projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP certification and 7+ years of IT project management experience focused on quality assurance.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and quality assurance processes.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, risk management, and complex project delivery.
- Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and Document Management Systems (DMS).
- Knowledge of GxP regulatory compliance, with strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
