Senior Technical QA Analyst (Publishing)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; relocation to Warsaw is required. Office-first work primarily from the Warsaw studio in a full-time or hybrid mode.

Salary: 15,400–26,500 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Own QA responsibilities for multiple game titles from early development through release.
• Coordinate testing workflows with external QA partners and verify delivery quality.
• Test technical aspects of video games, including automation, rendering, engine stability, performance, usability, and gameplay features.
• Identify, report, and verify technical bugs across PC, consoles, and other target platforms.
• Develop and maintain technical test checklists, strategies, documentation, issue logs, and test reports.
• Collaborate with development, design, and UX teams and provide technical quality feedback.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Technical QA Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience coordinating external partners, planning tasks, and managing timelines.
• At least one completed and delivered AAA or AA project.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, game engines, asset creation pipelines, testing tools, and test frameworks.
• Experience with PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One/Series, PC, Steam Deck, Nintendo Switch/Switch 2, and macOS.
• Fluent English and willingness to relocate to Warsaw for office-first work.
