Master Student in the Field of Informatics or Aerospace Engineering (Aerospace)

Location: Friedrichshafen, Germany; onsite work at the Airbus site. Start as soon as possible; duration: 6 months.

What you will do

• Become familiar with the F-Series OBC core architecture and legacy and Generation 3 I/O-Board functionality.
• Implement a hardware-in-the-loop test setup for the I/O-Board.
• Develop and execute interface test procedures.
• Develop and execute system, load, and speed test procedures.
• Perform end-to-end chain tests using a spacecraft simulator and Generation 3 CPU-Board.
• Document test results using Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student in aerospace engineering, informatics, software engineering, automotive software engineering, or a comparable program.
• Master's thesis or final-year thesis context with a planned duration of 6 months.
• Profound knowledge of embedded I/O programming.
• Fluent English required.
• Motivation to learn, personal initiative, effective time management, and willingness to collaborate in an international environment.
