Senior Product Support Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid model with three days per week in the office, or two days for a parent of a child up to four years old

What you will do

• Support accounting and consolidation systems used by alternative fund accounting, fund administration, depositary, and transfer agency teams.
• Maintain static data and prepare, review, and update business requirements documentation.
• Create and execute user acceptance testing plans and scripts.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and process documentation.
• Act as security coordinator for supported applications, maintaining access controls and supporting audit and governance activities.
• Participate in team and interdepartmental projects, including evaluating and implementing automation solutions such as Microsoft Copilot.

Requirements

• Current or former student in accounting, business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in accounting or consolidation, application support, business analysis, or QA analysis is preferred.
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel and basic knowledge of accounting.
• Experience with financial services systems and projects is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with accounting users and system personnel.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of the impact and potential risks of delivered work.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle EPM and/or eFront (FrontInvest).
