What you will do

• Optimize production processes using LEAN methods, including 5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping, Kanban, and JIT.
• Conduct REFA/MTM time studies and support capacity planning and production sequencing.
• Drive predictive and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Support equipment installation, qualification, ramp-up, and spare-parts strategy optimization.
• Design safe and ergonomic workplaces and equipment that meet CE and safety standards.
• Use SAP/ERP and performance data to guide continuous improvement, audits, and compliance projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience in industrial or equipment engineering, ideally in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Hands-on experience with LEAN/process optimization, REFA/MTM, maintenance and reliability, spare-parts management, or CE and safety compliance.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
