What you will do

• Participate in expert interviews covering sell-side research methodologies.
• Test and evaluate AI-powered equity research tools.
• Review financial content for accuracy, depth, and industry relevance.
• Assess how AI tools can improve traditional equity research workflows.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve AI model performance.
• Document findings and collaborate with project teams on research objectives.

Requirements

• Current or recent experience as a sell-side Equity Research Analyst or Associate.
• Experience publishing research on public companies, including ratings, price targets, earnings notes, or coverage initiations.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and expertise in financial research.
• Ability to evaluate multiple information sources and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with institutional research standards and financial analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools in financial research.
