Electrical Design Engineer (Hardware)

What you will do

• Design, develop, modify, and evaluate electronic components and integrated circuitry for hardware systems.
• Create designs within interdisciplinary teams to address complex product design and manufacturing challenges.
• Lead feasibility studies, testing, engineering analysis, qualification testing, and production launches.
• Conduct failure analysis investigations and engineering evaluations.
• Maintain drawings, specifications, lessons learned, design reports, test reports, operating manuals, and test procedures.
• Lead customer engagement on product specifications, schedules, and budgets.

Requirements

• University degree, such as a bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience handling multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong oral, written, presentation, organization, planning, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with internal teams, suppliers, and external customers.
• High personal and professional ethical standards, integrity, and accountability.
