Manufacturing Partner Manager

Location: Hybrid, with an average requirement of 2 days per week from an HPE office

What you will do

• Lead a complex supply chain sub-category through data, industry, and marketplace analysis.
• Translate stakeholder priorities into supply chain strategies and lead supplier selection activities.
• Optimize the supply base and manage day-to-day operations with major suppliers.
• Develop supply chain, business, and financial modeling tools.
• Negotiate and complete complex supplier contracts and advise senior leaders on contract risks.
• Contribute to risk mitigation, business continuity, cost management, and supplier development strategies.

Requirements

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Typically 6–10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of global procurement processes, complex suppliers, procurement tools, and supply chain modeling.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, negotiation, project management, leadership, and influencing skills.
• Mastery of English and the applicable local language.
• Ability to draft and negotiate contracts, identify contract risks, and close complex deals with limited supervision.
