Business Systems Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote from Metro Manila, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, or Serbia; core collaboration hours are 12:00–6:00 PM Manila Time (UTC+8).

What you will do

• Own client data verification and update processes from gap analysis through solution design and implementation.
• Build and evolve an internal Creatio module used daily by the Operations team.
• Design user scenarios, workflow logic, and ongoing improvements for internal systems.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundant manual work, and automation opportunities.
• Define operational metrics covering processing speed, queue status, verification status, and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Customer Service, Antifraud, and Engineering to deliver end-to-end processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes, including AS-IS/TO-BE mapping with BPMN or similar tools.
• Experience translating business needs into functional and system requirements and supporting implementation with engineering.
• Working-level SQL skills for investigating data, testing hypotheses, and identifying root causes.
• Ability to define and analyze operational metrics and independently propose process improvements.
• Working English required for business communication and collaboration with international teams.
