Site Manager (Aircraft Maintenance)

Location: Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, United States; onsite in an office and hangar environment. The position is primarily Monday–Friday, first shift, with occasional additional hours to meet operational needs.

Salary: $123,000–$133,000 annually.

What you will do

• Serve as the senior onsite contractor representative and maintain daily communication with government representatives and contractor leadership.
• Direct and coordinate maintenance, maintenance control, quality, materials, logistics, safety, security, training, and administrative functions.
• Lead task order execution and prepare, review, and submit staffing, quality, safety, performance, and corrective-action deliverables.
• Manage workforce coverage, qualifications, certifications, training records, and backfill actions.
• Oversee maintenance production priorities, schedule changes, launches, recoveries, detachments, and surge requirements.
• Monitor inspections, documentation, quality trends, discrepancies, corrective actions, and compliance with safety and security requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least eight years of experience supervising aircraft maintenance and ten years of experience with aircraft overhaul trades and labor work.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard personal computer tools.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to work in an office and traditional hangar environment and adapt to occasional schedule changes.

Nice to have

• Experience overseeing MRO operations on multi-engine aircraft.
• Military aviation experience.
