Senior Manufacturing Engineer (Electrification)

Location: South San Francisco, United States; office-based manufacturing work.

Salary: $125,000–$155,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Develop and refine manufacturing processes, procedures, and production requirements for engineering builds and production.
• Create assembly processes, fixtures, and tooling for electro-mechanical products.
• Improve operational efficiency and reduce lost time and material scrap.
• Analyze production data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
• Support quality, safety, and applicable industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan production and resolve manufacturing issues.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant manufacturing or similar experience, preferably in a high-tech environment.
• Experience assessing, analyzing, and resolving manufacturing problems.
• Experience bringing new electro-mechanical products to market through new product introduction.
• Ability to create and maintain clear process and production documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace applications and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
