Account Coordinator M-F 12:30-9pm ET Remote/Hybrid (Medtech)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, United States; remote/hybrid schedule working Monday–Friday from 12:30–9:00 PM ET

Salary: $20.00–$23.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support Field Sales with LifeVest deliveries, product installations, and post-installation inquiries.
• Coordinate patient fittings, follow-up visits, and in-services with PSR contractors.
• Select and manage PSR contractors based on availability and activity levels.
• Manage field inventory, equipment distribution, and shipping decisions.
• Obtain patient documentation, records, and insurance information for prescriptions and installations.
• Act as the coordination point between internal teams, external customers, contractors, and Field Sales.

Requirements

• Associate's degree required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity, quality, timeline, and availability metrics.
• Ability to work the required 12:30–9:00 PM ET schedule.
