What you will do
- Manage complex and high-visibility private banking client relationships throughout prospecting, onboarding, and ongoing service.
- Coordinate client experience and strategy with Relationship Strategists, Functional Advisors, and internal specialists.
- Handle account opening communications, prepare client meetings, and manage processes defined in client service agreements.
- Resolve client complaints and issues, acting as an escalation point for high-severity requests.
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, business events, and market trends to identify servicing opportunities.
- Provide guidance and training support to junior staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
- Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience with client relationship management and customer relationship management applications.
- Strong communication, decision-making, critical-thinking, prioritization, flexibility, and adaptability skills.
- Ability to manage customer needs while assessing and managing associated business risks.
