Senior Fiduciary Advisor - PNC Private Bank

What you will do

• Execute the terms of plans and documents where hirify.global serves as trustee, guardian, or agent.
• Administer complex fiduciary accounts and sensitive, high-profile client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with legal and fiduciary regulations, policies, procedures, and applicable state law.
• Manage risk and resolve legal, compliance, and client-related issues.
• Work with clients, beneficiaries, and gatekeepers to maintain and grow assets under management.
• Provide fiduciary advice, lead analyses and recommendations, and serve as a subject matter resource for the fiduciary team.

Requirements

• Ability to work in-office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
• Typically, 8 or more years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Experience with revocable and irrevocable trusts.
• Knowledge of fiduciary responsibilities, financial-services regulations, account management, risk assessment, and problem solving.

Nice to have

• Legal background; a JD is not required.
• CTFA designation or CFP certification.
• Experience in investment management, legal practices, finance strategy, or real estate settlements.
