Quality Conformance Manager I (Aerospace)

Location: Mobile Area, Alabama, United States; onsite 100%

hirify.global manufactures commercial aircraft at its U.S. facility in Mobile, supporting A320 and A220 production from assembly through customer delivery.

What you will do

• Administer and continuously improve the aircraft manufacturing Quality Management System.
• Investigate non-conformities, audit findings, design deficiencies, calibration issues, and process escapes; determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Develop quality metrics, KPI reports, dashboards, statistical analyses, and visual management tools.
• Implement control plans, inspection plans, qualification processes, calibration and metrology monitoring, and tooling improvements.
• Lead practical problem-solving and continuous improvement activities using Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, 5 Why, and fishbone analysis.
• Monitor compliance with FAA and EASA regulations, EN9100/9110, APQP, PFMEA, company procedures, and customer requirements while supporting internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in technology, aviation, engineering, business, manufacturing, or an equivalent combination of experience.
• At least two years of experience in aviation quality, industrial or manufacturing engineering, data analytics, business administration, manufacturing, or maintenance.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, non-conformance management, root cause analysis, APQP, FMEA, control plans, SPC, and FOD prevention.
• Knowledge of FAA/EASA regulations, aircraft design and manufacturing quality systems, aircraft mechanical and electrical installation, and production processes.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare written reports and presentations, communicate effectively in English, and work independently or within multifunctional teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Degree in industrial technology, aerospace, aviation management, industrial engineering, or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with hirify.global quality inspection, manufacturing, or industrial/manufacturing engineering.
• Valid FAA A&P license or ASQ Quality Engineer certification.
• French, German, or Spanish language skills.
