Clinical Services Manager (Medical Devices)

Location: Utica, New York; must reside within the assigned geographic territory. Field-based work requires regular travel by car, with occasional overnight and air travel.

Salary: $90,000 annual base salary for U.S.-based positions, plus incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Build clinical partnerships with endocrinologists, primary care providers, diabetes teams, hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
• Educate healthcare providers on diabetes management, insulin pump technology, and evidence-based treatment practices.
• Deliver personalized patient training on the use, care, and functionality of hirify.global products, including follow-up support and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate and support Certified Pod Trainers, provide product updates, and guide clinical education strategy.
• Maintain Salesforce training metrics and manage administrative and budget-related operations.
• Collaborate with territory partners on field sales activities, clinical selling, and product adoption.

Requirements

• Associate degree and at least 2 years of related clinical experience.
• Current professional credentials or certifications such as CDCES, RD, RN, PharmD, or another relevant clinical credential; state licensure where required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, collaboration, clinical education, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use large data systems and personal medical devices such as insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors.
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 30 lbs. of samples and literature.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience training patients in a clinical setting or managing insulin pump patients.
• Commercial experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
