Supervisor, Analytics — Anti-Fraud Operations

Location: Fredericksburg, Virginia; preferred locations include Getzville, New York, and Buffalo, New York. Remote work may be considered for highly qualified candidates; the role is based in the United States.

Annual salary: $79,950–$141,450.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analytics associates while managing performance, workloads, and career development.
• Oversee analytics delivery from intake and prioritization through quality review and completion.
• Guide reporting, dashboard development, enterprise data analysis, and ad hoc analytical support for fraud investigations.
• Partner with SIU, fraud, Claims, Compliance, Operations, and Technology stakeholders on investigative priorities, system releases, training, and issue resolution.
• Establish standards for documentation, testing, validation, quality assurance, and responsible data use.
• Identify operational, data, and security risks and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Prior supervisory or people leadership experience, including experience leading analytical or technical teams.
• Knowledge of insurance fraud investigations, SIU operations, compliance analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with one or more of SQL, cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Power BI or similar reporting tools, Python, data pipelines and ETL, and Git.
• Strong coaching, communication, organization, decision-making, stakeholder partnership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice to have

• Leadership experience in SIU, fraud analytics, or insurance claims investigations.
• Experience leading recurring reporting and ad hoc analytics teams.
• Experience supporting production analytics environments, including defect resolution, stakeholder sign-off, deployment, and rollout.
• Familiarity with structured intake, prioritization, and project tracking processes.
