Senior Civil Engineer - Site Design

What you will do

• Serve as lead engineer on complex site development projects and provide high-level technical design.
• Support mixed-use, commercial, residential, municipal, industrial, sports, and school projects.
• Oversee deliverables for small-to-mid-sized projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Execute QA/QC plans, review contracts, check plans, and maintain quality control.
• Mentor and train team members while developing technical resources and improving production efficiency.
• Supervise or direct professional and technical staff and provide project management support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• At least 8 years of related civil engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
