Associate Software Engineer, Gradient Specialist (AI)

Location: Downtown Chicago, United States; office-based

Base salary: $70,000–$75,000 USD per year

• Complete the Gradient Development Program training.
• Pursue Google Cloud Platform certifications aligned with the assigned career track.
• Translate global business requirements into practical technical solutions with technical and business leads.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, with graduation planned for Spring 2027.
• Programming or scripting experience in any language; Python is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Analytical ability to solve complex problems and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively.
• Ability to commit to the Gradient Specialist Program and the technical career that follows.
