Senior Security Lead

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Partner with the CISO on security strategy, roadmap development, and execution of key initiatives.
• Run day-to-day security planning, prioritization, tracking, metrics, and follow-through.
• Translate business objectives into scalable security programs, controls, and governance practices.
• Coordinate security priorities and cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams.
• Support regulatory, audit, compliance, customer security, and risk management requirements.
• Drive adoption of AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve security effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Security Engineering.
• Experience leading security programs or initiatives in large-scale, high-growth organizations.
• Broad expertise across Security Engineering, Security Operations, Cloud Security, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, and Governance.
• Extensive experience securing cloud-native environments using AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of security architecture, security controls, modern security technologies, regulatory frameworks, audits, compliance programs, and risk management.
• Fluent English and experience communicating with global teams and senior international stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or highly regulated environments.
• Experience leading AI security or security automation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike, Wiz, Okta, SIEM, and identity solutions.
• CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CRISC, or equivalent certification.
• Experience building and scaling security teams.
