Infrastructure Development Manager (Autonomous Technology)

Location: Foster City, California, United States; hybrid

Base salary: $167,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Define requirements and frameworks for strategic partnerships supporting rapid city deployments.
• Lead flexible site development and integrate new facilities into the operational network.
• Coordinate joint development initiatives between external partners and internal operations, engineering, product, and other teams.
• Identify and evaluate partner networks supporting specialized fleet, staging, maintenance, and testing requirements.
• Support procurement initiatives and maintain relationships with key infrastructure suppliers.
• Help execute short- and medium-term roadmaps for vehicle development and service deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations strategy, joint development, or scaling physical infrastructure in mobility, logistics, or autonomous technology.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, business, operations management, environmental studies, or an equivalent discipline.
• Experience leading complex operational integrations or strategic partnerships from ideation through launch.
• Ability to manage end-to-end project dependencies, mitigate risks, and prepare for future operational needs.
• Ability to align external partners with internal operations, engineering, and product teams.

Nice to have

• MBA or master's degree in engineering, operations management, operations research, or a related discipline.
• Experience scaling physical operations or launching city markets for a technology-driven transportation network.
• Strong analytical skills and experience building quantitative operational models for scaling strategies and infrastructure investments.
