What you will do

• Operate and oversee reconciliation and NAV review technology to deliver fully reconciled gross Net Asset Values.
• Perform GAV reviews, review staff work, allocate tasks, and act as an escalation point for operational challenges.
• Monitor client SLAs and ensure timely, efficient responses to client queries.
• Maintain team knowledge of clients and processes while supporting adequate operational coverage.
• Oversee new client onboarding and the use of reconciliation and data transmission technology.
• Lead the day-to-day relationship for at least one client and provide internal and external client service.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in investor services or asset management.
• Strong understanding of investment fund valuation, traded products, counterparties, and day-to-day fund operations.
• Interest in learning new technologies and operational skills.
