Senior Associate, Genesis, Portfolio Operations (Private Equity)

What you will do

• Manage cash reconciliations and live cash services for private equity investment funds.
• Ensure client transactions are processed completely, booked correctly, and supported by accurate evidence.
• Review reconciliations and oversee reconciliation and data transmission technology.
• Coordinate with Investor Services and Client Delivery teams across locations while meeting SLA deadlines.
• Support new account migrations, projects, process changes, and operational improvements.
• Review associates’ work, investigate issues, provide knowledge transfer, and train new joiners.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in investor services, private equity, or asset management.
• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Studies, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong understanding of private investment fund structures and products.
• Strong accounting knowledge, including double-entry bookkeeping and transaction processing.
• Accuracy, issue investigation, deadline management, and the ability to meet strict SLA requirements.
