Senior Associate, Genesis, Portfolio Operations (Fintech)

What you will do

• Ensure client transaction processing, corporate actions booking, and security pricing are complete and accurate.
• Review portfolios containing equities, options, futures, bonds, and OTC derivatives, sourcing prices from vendors such as Bloomberg and ICE when required.
• Operate and oversee reconciliation and data transmission technology for positions, profit and loss, cash, and investment manager reconciliations.
• Perform gross asset value reviews and deliver reconciled net asset values to client operations teams and clients.
• Resolve breaks with custodians, brokers, and other counterparties while supporting process improvements and client queries.
• Lead day-to-day portfolio operations for at least one client, support onboarding and change projects, and review the work of Associates.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in investor services or asset management.
• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education.
• Strong understanding of investment fund valuation, traded products, counterparties, and day-to-day fund operations.
• Ability to manage client relationships, investigate operational issues, and meet strict service-level agreements.
• Interest in learning new technologies and operational skills.
