Floor Assembly Technician (Transformers)

Location: Trento, Italy; onsite production role

Salary: €26,000–€29,000 gross per year. Total compensation may range from €26,000–€31,000 gross per year.

What you will do

• Perform qualified electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly operations for transformer products.
• Support resource allocation and planning across assembly and final assembly groups.
• Monitor the availability of parts, tools, and machines throughout the assembly process.
• Use specialized tools and equipment and maintain them in working condition.
• Plan, execute, and analyze test routines in a complex testing environment.
• Assist with resolving routine manufacturing challenges and improving production execution.

Requirements

• High School Technical Diploma.
• At least 2 years of successful experience in transformer assembly.
• Knowledge of installing single-phase and three-phase systems.
• Proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Trento, Italy.
