What you will do/Что делать

  • Lead and manage a backend engineering team, balancing leadership and hands-on technical work.
  • Drive team delivery, ensuring commitments are met with high quality and reliability.
  • Recruit, coach, mentor, and support career development of team members.
  • Promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with technical leadership to align on architecture and ways of working.
  • Manage team processes, resolve impediments, and facilitate communication and coordination.

Requirements/Требования

  • English: B2 level or higher required
  • Strong technical background in software engineering with .NET stack.
  • Experience with distributed microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of real-time messaging systems like Kafka and RabbitMQ.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Couchbase).
  • Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
  • Proven experience in agile software development and CI/CD practices.

Nice to have/Хорошо, если есть

  • Experience as Agile Lead, Scrum Master, or Team Lead in complex technical environments.
  • Experience working with AWS and geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
