What you will do/Что делать
- Lead and manage a backend engineering team, balancing leadership and hands-on technical work.
- Drive team delivery, ensuring commitments are met with high quality and reliability.
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and support career development of team members.
- Promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with technical leadership to align on architecture and ways of working.
- Manage team processes, resolve impediments, and facilitate communication and coordination.
Requirements/Требования
- English: B2 level or higher required
- Strong technical background in software engineering with .NET stack.
- Experience with distributed microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of real-time messaging systems like Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Couchbase).
- Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
- Proven experience in agile software development and CI/CD practices.

- Experience as Agile Lead, Scrum Master, or Team Lead in complex technical environments.
- Experience working with AWS and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
