Professional Services Engineer (Public Safety)

Location: USA - Remote; approximately 90% domestic travel is required, including overnight and short-notice travel to customer sites.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical resource for customer installations and implementations.
• Install and configure hirify.global software, hardware, servers, and virtualization platforms.
• Integrate hirify.global solutions with customer networks, PBX, CTI, and telephony environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, database, and telephony issues and complete installation testing.
• Manage customer communication, expectations, technical escalations, documentation, as-builts, and knowledge transfer.
• Provide basic customer training and remote support between onsite deployments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant implementation or field engineering experience.
• Experience working directly at customer sites as a vendor, consultant, or implementation engineer.
• Experience with telephony, hardware, networking, databases, Windows Server, and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of routing, firewalls, SIP, VoIP, SIPREC, CTI/CDR, and telephony systems.
• Experience with PowerShell, Wireshark, IIS, Active Directory, and troubleshooting tools.
• Comfort with approximately 90% domestic travel, overnight stays, short-notice travel, and work outside standard business hours is required.
