Consultants (Model Risk Management)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; some telecommuting permitted

Salary: $97,490–$108,000 annually, plus benefits

What you will do

• Support the development of credit risk management and business intelligence analytics solutions.
• Design and develop programs for data extraction, segmentation, and statistical analysis of large population datasets.
• Maintain model risk management policies, procedures, guides, controls, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with model developers and stakeholders to streamline model governance processes.
• Maintain the model inventory, recommend enhancements, and manage the annual model validation plan.
• Develop and present model risk management training materials and respond to client, regulator, and auditor documentation requests.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field plus two years of analytics experience may also qualify.
• Experience with big data and cloud computing technologies, machine learning, statistics, and applied mathematics.
• Experience with R, Python, SQL, Hive, Hadoop, and Spark.
• Knowledge of model risk governance, controls, and model risk management.
• Ability to work in or near Chicago, Illinois; some telecommuting is permitted.
