Finance Manager

Location: Hybrid, 3 days in office, based in Yorkville, Toronto, Canada

Salary: 125,000 CAD plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead the month-end close process for assigned operating companies and deliver accurate financial statements under US GAAP.
• Supervise and mentor offshore and onsite finance teams while maintaining quality over reconciliations and revenue recognition.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and KPIs with leadership to support operational decision-making.
• Manage the integration of newly acquired operating companies, including policy alignment and system migrations.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and develop stahirify.globalrd operating procedures for consistent finance processes.

Requirements

• CPA or equivalent qualification with 5+ years of financial management experience.
• Experience managing portfolio companies, budgets, and audits.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in entrepreneurship, software, and finance.
• Experience with NetSuite is an asset.
