HR Manager (Aviation)

What you will do

• Oversee HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and hire-to-retire workflows across assigned countries.
• Manage payroll cycles, employee queries, leave accruals, taxation activities, and labor distribution records.
• Monitor labor and social security law changes and support compliance, tax, labor, and internal audits.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities, communicate changes, and support process redesign initiatives.
• Manage external service providers, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and resolve escalated operational issues.
• Support workforce planning, capacity monitoring, knowledge management, and performance feedback for HR Specialists.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced experience with core HR procedures and HR service delivery.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP or payroll systems is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and people management skills, with an affinity for technology and digitalization.

• Additional European language.
